製品の説明
XHHG521C
Specialized equipment for detecting outer sleeve failures and performing rough measurements in power cables.
The equipment uses a switching power supply to form a high-voltage constant current source, with an open-circuit voltage of 15000V and a short-circuit current of 50mA.
 It employs a high-sensitivity amplifier and galvanometer for balance indication, forming a balanced bridge with a proportional potentiometer.
The entire system is positioned at a high potential. The measuring cable is a specially designed double-core high-voltage rubber cable, and a four-terminal resistance measurement method is used to avoid errors introduced by lead resistance. The cable is reliably grounded through a braided shielding layer. The operating buttons on the panel are at a low potential, and the bridge is operated via an insulated rod. The high-voltage constant current source and bridge are integrated into a portable aluminum alloy case. Therefore, this equipment features high voltage, light weight, convenient operation, and safe use.
Key Applications
  • Detection of outer sleeve failures in power cables
  • Rough measurement of fault locations
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of cable infrastructure

Instrument Usage Precautions

1. Do not touch the high-voltage connection line or the cable under test during testing to avoid injury from high voltage;

2. Do not turn on the instrument while connecting the cable, and turn off the power immediately after the test;

3. The instrument cannot be started when the voltage adjustment is not at zero;

4. At least two people should be present during use. One person connects the wires, and the other checks them. The test can begin only after everything is accurate;

5. The instrument's grounding terminal must be reliably grounded. Use a dedicated grounding wire, preferably clamped to grounding posts in the test field, grounding bars in electrical cabinets, or the feet of mechanical equipment.
