A cable path meter is a specialized instrument used to accurately detect the path and depth of buried cables within a specified range.
Path detection is accomplished by the coordinated operation of a cable path signal generator and a cable path signal receiver; through their coordinated operation, the cable path is accurately detected.
This path meter complies with the relevant requirements of the "DL/T 849.3 General Technical Requirements for Test Instruments for Special-Purpose Power Equipment, Part 3: Cable Path Meter" standard.

Path receiver panel diagram
The panel features a power button, a gain increase ("+") button, a gain decrease ("-") button, and a sound outlet. Pressing the power button for 5 seconds turns the unit on and off, and the "+" and "-" buttons adjust the gain. A semicircular LED bar displays the current signal strength, while four LEDs indicate the battery level.
